Pentatonix coming to Canandaigua: How to get tickets

Pentatonix will perform at the Constellation Brands Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center (CMAC) in Canandaigua, NY, on Thursday, August 29. The concert starts at 7 p.m., with special guest David Archuleta opening.

Tickets starting at $40.70 can be purchased online through Ticketmaster or secondary market platforms such as Vivid Seats, SeatGeek and StubHub.

The Grammy-winning vocal ensemble emerged victorious in the third season of “The Sing-Off” in 2011. The group consists of vocalists Scott Hoying, Mitch Grassi, Kirstin Maldonado, Kevin Olusola, and Matt Sallee, renowned for their renditions of popular tracks by artists such as Michael Jackson, Leonard Cohen, Daft Punk, Camila Cabello and traditional Christmas songs. Their collaborations extend to prominent figures like Kelly Clarkson, Dolly Parton, Miley Cyrus and Lindsey Stirling.

The group has had two number one albums on Billboard’s Top 200 Chart – 2015’s gold-certified self-titled album and the 2x platinum “That’s Christmas To Me.”

Archuleta, known for his standout performance on “American Idol” Season 7, released his chart-topping debut single “Crush” in 2008, followed by his self-titled album. Over the years, he’s continued to release hits like “A Little Too Not Over You,” “My Little Prayer” and his latest single, “Hell Together.”
