County Clerk offices in Onondaga, Cayuga and Madison counties registered 25 new businesses during the week of Aug. 12 through 16.

Included in the new businesses filed were a new baker and a donut shop. Other businesses included a car wrapping service and several beauty-based businesses.

No businesses were recorded as being discontinued.
