Syracuse, N.Y. — Two properties that sold for $5 million each topped the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Onondaga County in the first half of 2024, according to state and local records.
One of the $5 million sales was for 3065 E. Lake Road in Skaneateles. The seller was James H.F. Pulaski and the buyer was 3065 East Lake LLC. The deal closed in May.
