Syracuse, N.Y. – John Mannion is backing Kamala Harris for president after she helped fuel a fundraising surge for the Democrat in one of the most hotly contested House races in the nation.
Mannion, who is campaigning for the 22nd Congressional District seat in Central New York, said he is confident Harris will energize voters and defeat Donald Trump in November.
