Ex-Baldwinsville star earns spot on U.S. roster for world box lacrosse championships

Syracuse, N.Y. — Former Baldwinsville lacrosse standout Charlie Bertrand has landed a spot on the U.S. roster for the upcoming World Box Lacrosse championships in Utica.

A total of 28 men’s teams will compete in that event, which will be held Sept. 20-29. This year will also mark the inaugural women’s box world championship. The U.S. women’s roster will be announced later this month.
