Syracuse, N.Y. — Federal investigators are offering a $5,000 reward for tips that lead to arrests and convictions in connection to a spree of gun shop break-ins in Upstate New York.
A total of 45 guns were taken from shops in Syracuse, Cazenovia, Watertown and Endicott between July 27 and Friday.
