Syracuse, N.Y. — Average home sale prices are up at least 20% so far this year in two towns in Onondaga County, according to new data.
The average price is now $346,100 in Marcellus, up 26.3% from this time in 2023, according to data from Central New York Information Service Inc., an arm of the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors. The average in Pompey is $525,200, up 22.8% from this point last year.
