Syracuse, N.Y. – A 13-year-old boy accused of fatally shooting a man Tuesday at Syracuse’s Valley Plaza has been identified in court records.
Noah Turner is accused of firing multiple shots at an “unknown individual” at the 4141 South Salina St. shopping plaza around midnight, according to court documents.
